Ghost is the platform our engineering work runs on. It turns a model, a repository and a set of tools into a durable, server-owned session you can leave and come back to — from a terminal, a browser, or a phone on a bad connection.
Anycast edge, regional control planes, and workloads that wake on request.
Our compute layer: scheduling across regions, isolated workloads, service discovery, secret delivery, and idle capacity that costs nothing until a request arrives.

Mailstack is how everything we run sends and receives email. Three separate services — outbound delivery, inbound reception, and authenticated submission — each with its own tenants, its own limits and its own failure domain.
A build server small enough to understand, honest enough to trust.
Anvil runs every build we ship, including this site. Pipelines are declared in the repository, each build gets its own workspace and streams its logs live, and the machines that execute them exist only while there is a queue.
Tooling we are still living with before anyone else has to.
A handful of internal systems are in the same pipeline Ghost went through — used daily, hardened quietly, named publicly only when they are ready.
