Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This policy sets out what you may not do with C10UD LLC services. It exists to keep the platform safe and available for everyone on it. It applies to you and to anyone using the Services through your account. Breaking it is a breach of our Terms of Service.
1. Illegal and harmful content
You may not use the Services to store, transmit or make available:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Child sexual abuse material. We report this to the authorities and terminate the account immediately, without notice.
- Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Content that threatens, harasses, defames, or incites violence or discrimination against people or groups.
- Material that facilitates fraud, deception or the sale of stolen credentials or data.
2. Security and network abuse
- No malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, exploit kits, or credential-harvesting phishing infrastructure.
- No unauthorised access attempts, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing against systems you do not own or have documented permission to test.
- No denial-of-service traffic, amplification or reflection attacks, whether as source or as a staging point.
- No interference with the platform itself: attempting to break isolation between workloads, escape a sandbox, access another customer’s data, or evade quotas, metering or billing.
- No forged packet headers, spoofed source addresses, or falsified identifying information.
3. Email and messaging
- No unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messages of any kind.
- No open mail relays or open proxies.
- No harvesting addresses, and no sending to purchased or scraped lists.
- Mail you send must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent laws where your recipients are.
4. Resource use
The Services are shared infrastructure. You may not run workloads that deliberately degrade the platform for others, evade resource limits, or consume capacity disproportionate to your plan.
Cryptocurrency mining and similar proof-of-work workloads are not permitted without our prior written agreement, because their economics rely on consuming capacity that other customers pay for.
5. Security research
We welcome good-faith security research into our own platform. Report findings to contact@c10ud.net before disclosing them publicly, give us reasonable time to fix the issue, and do not access, modify or delete data belonging to anyone else while testing. Research conducted this way will not be treated as a breach of this policy.
6. Reporting abuse and enforcement
Report abuse originating from our platform to legal@c10ud.net with the relevant addresses, timestamps and logs. We investigate every report.
Where we find a violation, our response is proportionate: we may contact you, ask you to remove content, throttle or suspend the affected workload, or — for serious or repeated violations, or where there is immediate risk of harm — suspend or terminate the account without prior notice. We may preserve and disclose information where the law requires it.
Fees for services terminated under this policy are not refundable.
