Sub-processors

This page lists the third parties C10UD LLC uses to process customer data in providing the Services. We update it before adding or replacing a sub-processor, with at least 30 days’ notice as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

Payments
We do not currently process payments. The following processors will be engaged when paid accounts open; card data is submitted directly to them and we never receive complete card numbers.

Communications
Support is handled in house by our own staff; no third-party support vendor has access to customer data. Account, billing and support email is sent from our own mail infrastructure, with the following provider available as a backup delivery route.
